ISP Services

At PCS we offer various ISP Services including Domain Hosting, Broadband, Web Design and a Hosted Email Solution.  These services are offered though ourselves as well as a company called SoVision and Pixelhaus Design.

We offer very competitive rates for domain, email and web hosting packages which allow for multi-domain management as well as multiple email mailboxes and a solid web-space platform which can host both PHP based or ASP based websites. This hosting is through a Bristol based company called SoVision, who like PCS, are a small localised business who can be contacted when necessary and you are able to build up a relationship with knowing that you will only have to speak with two or three different employees rather than entering a call centre queue.

For our broadband packages we again out source this to SoVision who provide us with BT line based up to 24mb broadband service at competitive rates.  We know we will not be the cheapest service on the market but we pride ourselves on being available when there is a problem and that you do not have to call through to a call centre and endure the trauma of basic first line support....  All our broadband services include a Static IP address and only have a 30day cancellation period so you are not tied in to long contracts.

We also offer website design services ranging from small code and content modifications, which can be undertaken in house, or full site re-writes and re-designs which we would out source to Pixelhaus Design.  See our Website Design page for more information.

We can also offer hosted email solutions via our in-house exchange server, providing the customer with a secure server for their emails.  This is designed for people who do not have an inhouse server but who would benefit from having server based emails allowing for syncronised copies of the emails, contacts and calendar entries to be pushed through to a mobile phone device.  This facility also gives the user a web page to access their emails anywhere in the world via Outlook Web Access.
